How do I make a cleaning appointment?

After booking, what's the next step?
The confirmation email will detail the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review it to ensure all information is accurate.
Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?
Our teams are familiar with how to properly care for dogs, cats, and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. In case this applies to you, please request an eco-friendly cleaning.
Do I need a Deep Clean?
The Deep Clean is a great option for first-time customers or those who haven’t had a professional clean for a while. You can find out more about our Deep Clean on our Services page.
Are there any services you don't offer?
We offer a wide range of cleaning services for the home, but we won’t resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of excessive amounts of trash. Additionally, we cannot clean exterior windows, mold, biohazards, pet waste, or insect or rodent infestations.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we’ll take care of everything. If you would like to be home during your appointment, that’s completely your choice
Do you offer a Guarantee?
Please contact us within 48 hours if you are not 100% satisfied with our service. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided with at least 72 hours notice if we agree to return.
Is Maid Complete insured?
If you’d like proof of insurance, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll send it to you.
How many hours is a typical cleaning service?
A good approximation is to take the number of bedrooms in your home and convert that into hours. For example, two bedrooms = two hours.
When will I be charged?
Whenever you book online or over the phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold your reservation. However, your credit card will not be charged until the cleaning service is complete. If you sign up for recurring service, you will automatically be billed after each cleaning.
